Getting Started
Yes! You can download the most recent template for the data file from the NovaMail application or click here to download it immediately. By using our template you can be sure your data will work in NovaMail every time!
Yes! We created this template for your reference. It automatically makes a copy in Google Docs. From there you can review the 1- and 2- page letters and also see how they look in finished packages. As a reminder, you can write your letters directly in NovaMail or copy/paste your letter into NovaMail - it is your choice.
Security and Privacy
Yes! The privacy of your data and content is of the utmost importance. All traffic to the website and application are encrypted, as is your data that is stored with your project on our site.
We don't use your data or content for anything else, it is for you and your NovaMail project alone. We don't access your data and would certainly never sell it.
No! Your data is for your project only and we do not release your data to other customers. Ever.
Quality and Getting Help
We don't expect that will be the case! How it looks on your screen is how it will print. Our printers have been in the business for decades and will make sure it looks great.

Production and Postage Questions
In order to place an order with NovaMail you will need a minimum quantity of 250 pieces.
We will do our best to hit your in-home target, and the system won't let you order on a date we can't hit! So rest assured your order will reach its destination on time*. We allow around 18 days from the time you order for us to produce the project AND send it through the USPS.
*We aren't responsible for delays introduced by the USPS.
No, we don't rent mailing lists. At this time you will need to provide your own address list.
We love new formats! Send us your idea and we will consider it. New packages and formats are always in the works.
